Having been a member since March 2016 and one of the earliest members here, I can certainly attest to the outstanding quality and services offered at Workcentral Offices and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to anchor their business here.
Growing from a one man venture to now having a small team, we faced many challenges but Workcentral had always proved to be a consistent and dependable partner and did whatever they could to support us. From ushering our many guests, to providing additional space on short notice and customizing our lease agreements, they’ve never once let me down.
The staff are pleasant, all of them well-trained, conscientious and helpful, from the cheerful receptionists to the endearing concierge who’s there to meet all my unique needs and requirements and unlike many shared communal spaces out there, Workcentral is first and foremost a conducive work environment without the trappings of needing to be hip or trendy which can be a distraction; most importantly it’s managed with warmth and a strong unmistakable sense of family spirit. To me, it’s not just any workspace but one that feels like a home away from home.
Working in Workcentral hardly feels like working. I often share that Workcentral is like my home outside of home.
I like that Workcentral offers me the convenience of location and a professional team running the offices, without breaking the bank! The people factor particularly stands out for me as you always feel warm and safe enough to reach out. Yes, there may be many co-working spaces but I think Workcentral truly delivers on what we need without being over-the-top and frivolous.
Workcentral was a perfect 10 in many aspects; from the convenient location in the middle of the town, to a professional team running the office so we did not have to worry about the nitty gritty and we were so well taken care of. It served our needs as we grew the company over time and that we had to take up more space.
